Our body is our ally, it is our guiding vessel that is always speaking to us, offering us messages to direct us on a path to greater healing and fulfillment. The physical manifestations we experience in our body are meant for us to first experience and then meet with understanding.

What intuitive guidance are you receiving from your body today?

Is there unresolved emotional pain trying to be expressed through physical symptoms? Is there an imminent change ready to happen in your life that seems to be getting your attention through your body? Our bodies know when a relationship no longer works or a job is becoming stale. Our bodies know when the company of friends feels right and also when it doesn’t. What is your body telling you today?

Intuition is the voice within us that instantly knows what is right for us. It is our personal truth teller. It is the voice that carries with it feelings of certainty, rightness, comfort and peace. It is essential to realize that our intuition is always working with us and for us and serves our best interest and development.

When we want something other than what is, we suffer. Byron Katie, teacher of The Work and author of various bestselling titles including A Thousand Names for Joy and Loving What Is, calls this arguing with reality. When our thoughts create stress in our life, Katie explains, we are attaching to our thoughts and believing them to be true. As long as we believe these stressful thoughts we continue to live with stress.
