Taking some time away can do that. Even if it\u2019s simply time away from the day to day routine in the same physical location. Often by the end of it we find perspective. However significant or not. A subtle shift can create change. Any change.
\nUnplugging. Tuning out. Digital distractions diminished.<\/p>\n

What have you come to notice if you\u2019ve taken some time \u2018off\u2019? What has emerged for you ?<\/p>\n

What\u2019s obvious to me now is that I\u2019m tired. I\u2019m energized. I\u2019m depleted. I\u2019m replenishing. I\u2019m learning. I need support. I want to give and offer support. I love. I yearn for. I miss. I\u2019m inspired. I\u2019m humbled.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m getting ready for the return. To a new year. To my kids back at school. To my podcast. Continuing my new series on #motherhood. My coaching and intuition practice. To time for myself. Forever navigating. Forever grateful. Forever immersed. Committed. As I open and trust and take the next step.\u00a0Hello 2018.<\/p>\n
