The topic was play, the nature of it, what true play is and how it serves the healthy development of children.<\/p>\n<p>In Neufeld&#8217;s words &#8220;play is becoming endangered&#8221; and we must &#8220;protect it &#8220;and &#8220;preserve it&#8221;.
