She has designed and implemented workshops and training programs around the world. \u00a0She is the co-author of Hate Hurts: How Children Learn and Unlearn Prejudice (Scholastic, \u00a92000) and conducted programs throughout the United States under the auspices of ADL\u2019s Close the Book on Hate campaign with Barnes and Noble. Ms. Bettmann has lectured extensively. She has been a keynote speaker at numerous campus and community diversity celebrations and graduations.
