So…. it’s no secret that I’ve been stretched, humbled , inspired and amazed by becoming a mother of two beautiful, intensely spirited boys. My threshold for noise, less time, more love and learning has vastly increased. And I’m still working on it ! After years on hiatus from my podcast I’m returning to it. I thought I was ready two years ago but that was an ideal. I was in the throes of motherhood, navigating and adjusting. I’m so grateful that 6 years later, all while continuing with my work , personally and professionally, and with lots of trust, the time has come.
