<span style="color: #ff99cc;"> 1. Tuning In-</span> </span></strong><span style="color: #000000;">As soon as you wake up and before you open your  eyes, bring your attention to your body. </span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

Breathe-</span> </span></strong><span style="color: #cc99ff;"><span style="color: #000000;">Take 3 gentle  breaths while keeping relaxed and turn your focus inward.</span></span><strong><span style="color: #cc99ff;"><span style="color: #000000;"> </span></span></strong></span></span></span></span></span></p>

<span> 3. Discover &amp; Experience &#8211;</span> </span></strong></span><span style="color: #000000;">Notice what is present.  Are there any feelings  or sensations present in your body? Is there a particular area of your body  calling your attention. If so, follow it and observe what is there for you.  Perhaps there is heat, perhaps there is lightness, maybe there is discomfort or  tightness. There might be no sensation at all, there might simply be an  invitation to focus your attention there. Your body&#8217;s language will be  particular to you and will be revealed when you bring awareness there.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff00ff;"><span style="color: #3366ff;"><span style="color: #000000;"><br />
<span style="color: #ff99cc;"><strong><span>4. Listen</span><span> </span>&#8211;</strong></span> Next, when  your attention is fixed on a particular area of your body, spend time there  without judgement, with as little thought or emotion as possible and just observe and  listen.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff00ff;"><span style="color: #3366ff;"><span style="color: #000000;"><br />
<span style="color: #ff99cc;"><strong>5. Dialogue</strong></span><span style="color: #ff99cc;">&#8211; </span>Tune in to the area of  your body speaking to you. Inquire in to the area. Ask a question and listen for  a response. Whatever question arises for you is the perfect and right question.  Let the answer rise from within. It might arise there in the moment or it might come to you later in the day. </span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff00ff;"><span style="color: #3366ff;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></span></span><span style="color: #ff99cc;"><strong>And remember to offer appreciation to your body<span style="color: #000000;">.</span></strong></span><span style="color: #000000;"> </span>Send the area of your body you are speaking with love and  gratitude. Offer thankful and appreciative energy as you cultivate a trusting relationship with your body, your ally.</span></span></p>
