Creating and developing a relationship with your heart is a significant step towards connecting to all that is within you and to all that is beyond you. Your heart is the portal to your personal truth and essential nature. Your heart carries within it an intelligence that is intuitive and wise and provides guidance, direction and information unique to you. As you inquire into the nature of you heart and what is wanting to be revealed, you will awaken to your authentic self and furthermore to the world you are so intimately and energetically connected to.

The energetic emanations and vibrations of your heart hold within them profound intelligence which serves as an intuitive force to help you navigate through life meaningfully and joyfully.
We all know what a heart beat sounds like and feels like. On a physical level we are aware of this heart connection.  What if we begin to listen to and sense our heart energetically and intuitively? What might we hear? What might we feel ? What sensations and impressions might we receive?

An open heart radiates love, compassion and wisdom. How connected are you to your wise and loving heart?

Here are 4 tips to connect to your heart energetically and intuitively:
Take time out to communicate intimately with your heart, as you would with your partner or family member and benefit from what is present within your very own being.

1. Settling in gently, find a comfortable spot that is relaxing and quiet.

2. Close your eyes and slowly take a few deep calming breaths. Continue breathing as you clear your mind and become present to the breath entering and leaving your body. (This exercise is also especially nice when accompanied by music that is soothing and relaxing to you).

3. Place your hands on your heart and while holding them there, still breathing gently, notice what is present for you. Spend a few minutes with your hands on your heart simply noticing any sensations, any images, thoughts or feelings that arise.

4. Whatever does arise for you, simply be with the experience.

This simple exercise invites you to be curious about what is present for you when you dialogue with your heart. As you engage in this dialogue, you will invite your heart to further deepen it’s connection to you.  The voice that emerges from your heart is your authentic voice and the voice that holds within it answers and direction to your greatest unfoldment and evolution.

Enjoy the exploration of your heart and all that is waiting for you.  And remember, as you open up to your own energetic heart, you open up to your emotional wisdom, your intuitive knowing and your energetic connection to the global heart.
