Intuition through Silence

by Julie | May 9th, 2008

Cultivating moments of silence in your day will invite your inner world to come alive and be heard. In these moments, you are being offered inspiration and guidance from your intuition, your inner wisdom.

How you are you creating time for silence in your day?

Perhaps you might consider a walk in nature, some quiet time alone in between meetings or daily tasks, or even small moments of conscious breathing, stretching or movement. Notice what you observe in the silence. Practice gently and find what is comfortable for you.

Your inner wisdom is always speaking to you, and in the silence, you create space to hear what is being spoken. It is in this silence where the language of your intuition can be understood and known.

When I make time for silence throughout my day I am left feeling re-energized and re-vitalized. Integrating this time into my day is one of the most valued times for me. It enables me to bring a deeper quality into what I do and who I relate to each day.

How does incorporating silence into your day add value to your life?

Testimonials…

"Extensively trained and wonderfully easy to connect with, Julie helps people develop intuition as a tool for tuning in – to ourselves and others – through her coaching, consulting, writing, website, blog, and radio broadcasts. In every one of Julie’s broadcasts I’ve listened to and in the online pages and emails I’ve read, her calming manner, deep wisdom, and genuine willingness to listen and learn shine through."

"The HeartBeat radio show on the internet is refreshing. Julie holds down to earth conversations with interesting intelligent people and I come away informed, inspired and encouraged. I feel like I'm sitting with friends having a chat - but the conversations are with these amazing leaders and authors! - Julie's way draws me in and I feel I'm part of the intimate setting and am actually having a chance to get to know and meet her guests ... her friends! It's a good moment to get me over my mid-week slump - exactly when I need it most."

"Julie has a knack for bringing thought leaders to her show. Be sure to tune in. When you do, you’ll have the opportunity hear cutting-edge, enlightened conversation about the topics that matter most right now – hope, happiness, and wellbeing. Julie is a bright light who brings out the best in her guests, her clients, and the world. I love working with Julie!”
