What is true for you, right now?

“Intuition is a spiritual faculty and does not explain,

but simply points the way” — Florence Scovel Shinn

What are you being led towards today?

An easy way to find out is to keep checking in with yourself in each moment.

Notice in the moment how you feel.

Feeling good is a great way to gauge if what you are inquiring about is right for you. If there is resistance or discomfort coming from within, inquire and see what that might mean for you. Getting used to feeling good is a fantastic way to trust what is true for you in the moment so that you can be led by your intuition. And remember, from moment to moment, feelings change. This is why it is important to ask, what is true for me, right now?

When I thought about writing a blog a couple of months ago I didn’t feel good about it. The thought of writing a blog felt heavy, unexciting and difficult. Look at me now, this is my second entry in 3 days and it feels great! I kept inquiring over these last couple of months with the question, what is true for me right now, do I want to start a blog? Each time I asked the question, I felt something shift within me. Eventually the feeling became lighter and better until I found myself feeling very excited about creating a blog. So, what is true for me right now? Right now, as I write this, I love what I am doing. Writing this entry and connecting with you is exactly what I want to be doing. And so I will keep asking the question. Because this action feels good I know this is my truth, for now, and in turn I am led to the next moment, and the next inspired action, and this ultimately becomes the way for me.

May you be in each moment, trusting and honoring what is true for YOU. I would love to hear how you are experiencing your truth, please share your comments with me below.

All the best,

Julie

Testimonials…

"Extensively trained and wonderfully easy to connect with, Julie helps people develop intuition as a tool for tuning in – to ourselves and others – through her coaching, consulting, writing, website, blog, and radio broadcasts. In every one of Julie’s broadcasts I’ve listened to and in the online pages and emails I’ve read, her calming manner, deep wisdom, and genuine willingness to listen and learn shine through."

"The HeartBeat radio show on the internet is refreshing. Julie holds down to earth conversations with interesting intelligent people and I come away informed, inspired and encouraged. I feel like I'm sitting with friends having a chat - but the conversations are with these amazing leaders and authors! - Julie's way draws me in and I feel I'm part of the intimate setting and am actually having a chance to get to know and meet her guests ... her friends! It's a good moment to get me over my mid-week slump - exactly when I need it most."
