Know yourself. Then your family, your community and our world will benefit.

Josée Martel is wise and down to earth, generous and warm. She guides individuals on a journey to feeling their feelings and feeling ‘radically alive’.

In this hour Josée shared her insight and personal experience about the importance of understanding where we come from and who we are. You will hear how you can be the change you want to see in your home, in your community and in your world.

We talked motherhood, vulnerability, spirituality and leadership. Josée addressed questions from listeners about experiencing judgement and projection from others and she also answered what we can do when we feel stuck, alone or stifled by life.

When we connect to our tender hearts, our challenges and fears, our biases and quite simply our humanity, we open to great transformation and healing. When we can heal our reactions and judgements to ourselves, others and the world, we make room for social transformation and healing.
Know yourself. Then your family, your community and our world will benefit.

Josée Martel is a Radical Aliveness and Core Energetics practitioner.
