Taking some time away can do that. Even if it’s simply time away from the day to day routine in the same physical location. Often by the end of it we find perspective. However significant or not. A subtle shift can create change. Any change.
Unplugging. Tuning out. Digital distractions diminished.
What have you come to notice if you’ve taken some time ‘off’? What has emerged for you ?
What’s obvious to me now is that I’m tired. I’m energized. I’m depleted. I’m replenishing. I’m learning. I need support. I want to give and offer support. I love. I yearn for. I miss. I’m inspired. I’m humbled.
I’m getting ready for the return. To a new year. To my kids back at school. To my podcast. Continuing my new series on #motherhood. My coaching and intuition practice. To time for myself. Forever navigating. Forever grateful. Forever immersed. Committed. As I open and trust and take the next step. Hello 2018.
