Peace amidst the chaos, silence amidst the noise, meaning amidst the confusion and abundance amidst the lack. The world is made up of all kinds of polarities. We experience them everyday. Yin/ Yang, Yes/No, Fear/Love, Light/Dark, Sadness/Joy. Pleasure/Pain. Birth/Death.
In the wake of recent world events, we can testify to the inherent duality of life. Daily experiences that have our emotions tipping the scale from love and hope all the way to fear and despair. This is what it means to live the human experience and to engage in life as an active participant.
In this era of change and transformation one of our greatest allies, as we move through unchartered waters, is the relationship we have to our interior world, the place within us that feels like home, that nourishes us and strengthens us and moves us forward.
The connection to our inner world is the relationship that helps ground us when the outer world seems unstable and uncertain and when it seems like we’ve lost all control. It is the part of us that seemingly knows the unknowable and trusts life when we are told otherwise by the world around us.
Taking the time to develop the relationship to our interior world is what opens the doorway to enhancing our life and understanding
all that comes our way. We all have immeasurable gifts and infinite wisdom to tap in to and share with the world. When we cultivate the relationship to our inner knowing and to all that lies within us, we are privy to our own personal truth and the endless possibilities available to us.
If we begin by being curious about our interior world and sprinkle in some trust we will be guided to our greatest and most fulfilling evolution on this earth. As we do this for ourselves, we invite others to do the same. This is how change and transformation takes place, first on a personal level and ultimately on a global level. First in our inner world and then in our outer world.
