Heather Greenwood Davis is a Travel/Parent Writer & Speaker, Contributing Editor for NatGeoTraveler Magazine, Columnist Globe & Mail, TV Travel Expert for The Social on CTV and Founder of Globetrotting Mama.
Heather is a professional journalist who practiced law for a number of years before ditching that life in 2007 to follow her passions as a travel writer. Today she is a Contributing Editor for National Geographic Traveler magazine, sits on the advisory board for the Family Travel Association and is a columnist for Lexpert Magazine. For more than 20 years she has written articles for The Toronto Star, Canada’s highest circulation newspaper. She also contributes to a host of media outlets (see below) in print, on television, on radio and online. When not chasing children out of her office or convincing her family that cold weather destinations should be outlawed, she enjoys popcorn-fuelled movie marathons and musicals she can sing along to.
