From the landscape of the unknown to the known, our intuition takes us where we need to be
Intuition is not linear and does not come from our rational mind. Intuition bypasses logic on its way to the surface of our awareness and drops in, in a sudden instant. Intuition feels right and provides feelings of relief, empowerment and a sense of calmness. No sooner than this happens, our logical, left brain mind, wants a reason and explanation for this intuitive knowing. And certainly this is a reasonable request coming from our analytical mind, but the truth experienced by our intuition can not be proven in the way that makes sense to our thinking mind. In fact we often can really only understand the indications or directions our intuition provides us with days, weeks, months and sometimes years after we receive the message or insight.
Take notice of the intuitive impressions and messages you receive, and notice how quickly your rational mind wants to jump in and doubt their truth and validity. Our logical mind is a beautiful compliment to our creative, emotional brain and when they are both strong and can work together harmoniously we function more fully and wholly as human beings.
Also notice that at first trusting your intuition might not make rational sense. Then continue to notice that as you keep trusting your intuition, your reason for doing so makes more and more sense.
