In these specific times (and in ‘ordinary’ times as well) having a full cup or remembering what that feels like can seem distant and forgotten. No kidding, right?
This past Wednesday I returned to host my podcast. My cup got filled. Getting a quiet hour these days are moments filled with grace and appreciation.
Not a minute after I closed the mic and ended the recording my boys (9 and 6) stormed lovingly through my door. Ahhh….Podcast out into the ethers it went and can be found wherever you find your podcasts and here www.JulieinConversation.com
Here it is. Healing for me and I’ve heard from some listeners, for them too. It’s personal, and felt noticeably more vulnerable than most podcasts AND it fed my soul and overall health. I connected with listeners and shared how I have been looking for and finding light in what often feels like a dark tunnel these days.
There is a guided meditation that starts around minute 36 with music, (always music throughout the podcast) and its an offering that dropped in for us for a few minutes to relax and feel supported and bring health to our nervous system. It is an hour from the heart, its an invitation, a meditation, a reflection, time to connect to you and for you.
May it be of benefit. And share it with those you know it may benefit as well in these times.
Cheers to you.

An hour to reconnect, meditate to a guided visualization, ground and more with host, montreal life coach and intuitive, Julie Cusmariu. May this hour land where it may for you, for us all. With you, in my mind and heart. Thanks for being here and being you.
